Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to expand our drink menu Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service operations to ensure seamless delivery of food and drinks Uphold all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies at all times Handle cash handling efficiently while maintaining accuracy in financial transactions Assist in bar management duties during peak hours or special events such as banquets or nightclub nights Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightlife venues, or hospitality industry settings Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer brewing, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Previous experience in food handling, serving, catering, or banquet environments is preferred Basic math skills for retail math calculations and cash handling accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts such as nightclub nights or banquets Join us if you're passionate about creating exceptional drink experiences while delivering top-tier hospitality!
