Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating a lively atmosphere while delivering exceptional service to every guest. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to craft delicious drinks will ensure our patrons leave with memorable moments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and connect with a diverse community of guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster customer loyalty. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payments. Follow food safety management protocols to ensure all drinks are prepared in accordance with health regulations. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere to all alcohol service laws and regulations, including checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar restaurant or hospitality role is preferred. Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices.
