Responsibilities Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Develop innovative beverage recipes and seasonal drink menus to keep offerings fresh and exciting Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage in compliance with food safety standards Oversee cash handling, processing transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction Enforce responsible alcohol service policies and monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment Qualifications Proven experience in bartending with a strong background in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise Prior leadership or supervisory experience as a Lead Bartender or Bar Manager in a hospitality setting Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in food safety and food handling protocols Exceptional time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Demonstrated ability to manage cash transactions accurately and perform retail math calculations Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to engage diverse guests effectively Knowledge of brewing processes and craft beer trends is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Lead Bartender where your expertise will shine!
