That is the work at RIENNE. We open in Coral Gables this October, and we are hiring the two people who will hold our bar.
Description:
RIENNE is a zero-proof atelier built on the belief that the absence of alcohol should cost nothing in beauty, ritual, or welcome. Our bottles already pour in some of South Florida's leading hospitality rooms. Now we are opening the house itself: tastings, signature pours, and a private Counter seating four evenings a week. The craft Building a drink that tastes complete without spirits is harder than making a cocktail. You lose the ingredient that carries body, warmth, and finish, so structure, acid, bitterness, and aroma have to do all of it. There is very little established canon for this work — whoever takes this seat helps write it. The seat We call it Bar Guide. Not a bartender pouring drinks, but the person a guest spends their visit with — who reads the room, and leads them somewhere they did not expect to go. You will hold the daily batch programme, develop the menu alongside the founders, and own the bar in front of you. What we offer, posted in the open $60,000-$65,000 salary. No tips — earning a guest's trust is the reward. Four days a week, with three consecutive days of rest. Up to $400 a month toward your health insurance premium. Development time written into the week: menu work, testing, new pours. Trained intensively by the founders before the doors open. Who we are looking for Warmth with people. Curiosity and precision about flavour. Polish, without exception. And a genuine draw to the zero-proof world. Zero-proof experience is not required — we train.
