Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and policies Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food and beverage pairing, especially in catering or banquet settings Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills, including basic math for change calculation Uphold responsible serving practices in nightclubs or food industry environments, ensuring guest safety at all times Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service, ideally within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cashiering and retail math tasks Previous experience in hospitality environments like restaurants or catering is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced setting Join us to bring your passion for mixology and exceptional service into a dynamic environment where every shift is an opportunity to create memorable moments!
