Bartender

Paradise Grille is looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our team! We are a casual, poolside restaurant located at The Enclaves in Davenport, serving cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, and food in a relaxed outdoor setting. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment and can provide excellent service while crafting great drinks for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner Maintain a clean, organized bar area Handle cash and process transactions through the POS system Restock bar inventory and assist with opening/closing duties Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines

Requirements:

Bartending experience preferred Ability to work outdoors and in the sun Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Knowledge of Toast POS is a plus
