Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring each drink meets quality standards and presentation expectations Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat visits Manage bar operations efficiently by processing cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep our menu fresh and exciting Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering to ensure seamless service during peak hours Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service at events like banquets or catering functions Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising quality Ability to serve responsibly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation practices Previous experience with beverage recipe development and food handling is highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude that energizes team interactions Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued!
