Job Overview Looking for a dependable Bartender/Grill Cook. you will be expected to be able to cook and bartend At our beachside tiki bar during the off season. Job will not be dual cooking and bartending when high season comes you will have relief. It's an outside job, expect heat. Dependability and a great attitude comes first. Positivity, cleanliness, and a willingness to do things the right way is what I'm looking for. You will make a very good amount of tips. If you can cook and bartend you will do very well. This business is well established and your earning potential is quite substantial based upon yourself. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, utilizing your mixology skills and beverage recipe knowledge Operate POS systems such as Square pos (very easy to learn) Fry and grill food items to perfection, ensuring quality standards are met consistently in a hot environment. If you don't take pride in what you cook, don't apply. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing special requests as best as possible. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food preparation and service areas according to health regulations Manage cash transactions accurately, process payments, and handle cash register operations with integrity Assist in bar management duties when needed, including inventory checks, restocking supplies, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere

Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
