Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using the

TOAST POS

system. Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. Manage cash transactions efficiently while processing payments accurately and handling cash safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Engage with guests to recommend menu items, 24 rotating craft beer selection, while enhancing their overall experience Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy service periods Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption levels Assist in bar management duties when needed, including inventory checks and restocking supplies Foster a welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles such as bartending or serving in fine dining or nightclub settings is not required but preferred. Strong knowledge of the

TOAST POS

system is not required but preferred. Demonstrated knowledge in, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development Experience with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service efficiently Ability to process cash transactions accurately using retail math skills Knowledge of spirits, and beverage trends especially craft beer Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
