Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food handling standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; hospitality or food industry experience is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while delivering exceptional service. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and authentically. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operation
