• Always This is a customer-facing role, and it's the most important part of the job.

Every customer who walks through our doors should be greeted with a smile and feel welcome. We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy talking with customers, helping them find what they need, recommending products, offering samples, and making sales. If striking up a conversation with a stranger sounds fun rather than stressful, you'll fit right in. Grow Into a Leadership Role We're also looking for someone who wants to become our Store Manager Juan's right hand in day-to-day operations. If you have a strong work ethic, good judgment, and an interest in leadership, this position can grow into a Manager's Assistant role, helping with things like opening and closing, keeping the team on track, managing stock and deliveries, and making sure the store runs smoothly when the manager is busy or away. What You'll Do No two days are exactly alike.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Greeting every customer and providing exceptional, attentive service
• Recommending products, offering samples, and helping customers discover new favorites
• Making smoothies, açaí bowls, and other fresh food items
• Operating the cash register
• Opening or closing the store
• Supporting the manager with daily operations and team coordination
• Washing dishes and maintaining a clean work area
• Sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and keeping the entire store spotless
• Stocking shelves and bulk bins
• Organizing merchandise and improving displays
• Cutting and preparing fresh fruit
• Lifting boxes and putting away deliveries
• Completing special projects and helping wherever needed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: ✔ Has at least 1 year of work experience (food service, retail, or customer service preferred) ✔ Is 18 years of age or older ✔ Is available for weekday daytime shifts ✔ Shows up on time and is dependable ✔ Loves engaging with customers and is comfortable making sales ✔ Stays alert, attentive, and quick on their feet ✔ Takes pride in keeping everything clean and organized ✔ Notices the little things that others overlook ✔ Thinks independently and solves problems ✔ Communicates with management when something needs attention ✔ Works well in a fast-paced environment ✔ Has a positive attitude and enjoys learning ✔ Wants to contribute ideas that help improve the business We're a small business, which means everyone plays an important role.

• Restaurant or food service
• Coffee shops or smoothie bars
• Grocery stores
• Retail or sales
• Customer service
• Supervisory or shift lead experience Restaurant experience is especially valuable because our team often moves between helping customers, preparing food, cleaning, stocking, and multitasking throughout the day.

Schedule We currently have:

• 2 Full-Time Positions
• 1 Part-Time Position Typical shifts:

Opening Shift:

9:30 AM

• 5:30

PM Closing Shift:

10:30 AM

• 6:30 PM Weekend availability is preferred.

Pay & Benefits Estimated Earnings:

$15.00

• 17.50 per hour (including tips)
• Starting base pay is $14.00/hour
• Employees also participate in shared team tips, typically earning an additional $200
• 600+ per month, depending on hours worked and the season.
