Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Beverage cart to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, using knowledge of brewing and drink recipes Take food orders accurately and efficiently deliver dishes from the kitchen to tables or bar areas Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling with precision Ensure all food safety and food handling standards are maintained in compliance with health regulations Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as needed to support large-scale service operations Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces while adhering to food safety protocols Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills and change, and reconcile cash at shift end Engage with customers proactively to upsell menu items and promote specials or beverage offerings Experience Prior restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Fore-up enhances efficiency in order management Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse settings including nightclubs and retail environments Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential Experience working in the food industry with retail math skills for accurate cash handling and billing calculations Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards Previous experience in brewing or hospitality roles demonstrates adaptability within dynamic environments
