Schedule:
5 days per week, approximately 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages.
Provide friendly, professional service to guests at the bar.
Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
Complete opening, closing, and restocking duties.
Maintain proper pours, presentation, and attention to detail.
Learn the food, cocktail, and wine menus and make recommendations.
Work closely with the team to provide smooth, attentive service.
We are looking for someone that: Have previous bartending experience, preferably in an upscale or full-service restaurant.
Be friendly, outgoing, polished, and professional with customers.
Be able to hold a conversation naturally while knowing when guests prefer privacy.
Have strong knowledge of classic cocktails and proper bartending techniques.
Be comfortable recommending cocktails, wines, and food pairings.
Have wine knowledge; knowledge of Italian wines is a big plus.
Be interested in learning more about Italian wine, particularly Piedmont, Barolo, Tuscany, and other Italian regions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared bar.
Work well with servers, management, and the kitchen as part of a team.
Be reliable, punctual, attentive to details, and able to stay composed during busy service. We are especially interested in someone who loves hospitality, not simply someone who knows how to make drinks. We want our guests to remember the bartender, the conversation, the recommendations, and the overall experience.
