Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales of drinks and related offerings Accurately process orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Manage multiple tables or bar stations during peak hours by prioritizing tasks effectively through excellent time management skills Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management to ensure seamless service Assist in catering events, banquets, or private parties by serving drinks efficiently while adhering to all food handling and safety protocols Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in the food industry Excellent math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and basic math tasks related to sales transactions Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in retail math or hospitality roles involving brewing or catering is a plus Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in high-pressure situations Join us as a Bartender where your enthusiasm fuels unforgettable moments!
