In this role, you will craft delicious beverages, serve food with enthusiasm, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a lively atmosphere will be key to your success. Whether working at the bar or serving at tables, you'll be the heart of our vibrant venue, delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks using Toast systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while providing friendly and attentive customer service. Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, adhering to food safety standards and food handling protocols. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently, including processing payments with POS systems. Engage with guests to promote sales of beverages and food items, leveraging your knowledge of the menu to enhance their experience. Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions, ensuring all food service requirements are met seamlessly. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to uphold our high standards of hospitality. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is required, with a strong preference for fine dining or nightclub settings. Experience with Toast systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to food safety regulations. Proven skills in time management and multitasking during busy service hours. Familiarity with retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures are essential for accurate transactions. Experience in banquet or catering environments is a plus, showcasing versatility across different hospitality settings. Knowledge of food industry standards, including food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
