Server / Bartender Coral Club Tiki Bar & Restaurant/ Raynz Catering Company is looking for experienced, friendly, and dependable Server/Bartender to join our team. This position will primarily work at the Coral Club, serving guests and bartending during restaurant operations. From time to time, team members will also have the opportunity to work off-site events with Raynz Catering Company, including weddings, private parties, corporate events, and special events. Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional service to Coral Club guests Take food and beverage orders accurately Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Assist with opening and closing duties Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety guidelines Work efficiently during busy restaurant service Assist with catering events as needed, including setup, serving, bartending, and breakdown Represent both Coral Club and Raynz Catering Company professionally at all times Qualifications Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred Strong customer service skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must be available for occasional catering events Bartending experience and knowledge of cocktails is a plus What We Offer Flexible scheduling Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to earn additional income working catering events Fun, tropical restaurant environment Opportunity to grow with a growing hospitality company If you enjoy working with people, love hospitality, and want the opportunity to work both restaurant and special events, we'd love to hear from you!
