We are looking for energetic, professional, and sales-driven Bartenders to join our team. This is a fast-paced nightlife environment, so we are looking for bartenders who are confident behind the bar, provide excellent customer service, and know how to create a fun experience while maximizing sales. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and shots quickly and accurately. Provide excellent and friendly customer service Handle high-volume service during busy nights Upsell premium liquor, cocktails, and specials Maintain a clean and organized bar Accurately handle cash and POS transactions Restock the bar throughout the shift Follow all alcohol-service and safety regulations Work closely with bartenders, barbacks, security, and management Qualifications Bartending experience preferred Must be comfortable working in a high-volume nightlife environment Strong personality and excellent communication skills Must be hardworking, reliable, punctual, and professional Strong sales and upselling ability Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to work efficiently under pressure Must meet all Florida requirements for serving alcohol What We're Looking For We want personable, energetic, sales-focused bartenders who know how to build relationships with guests, create repeat customers, and contribute to a great nightlife atmosphere.
