As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide variety of drinks to our valued members, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This is a fast-paced, customer service-oriented position that requires excellent communication skills and a passion for the hospitality and restaurant industry. The Club operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The ideal candidate for this role must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a seasonal, full-time opportunity offering competitive pay, paid biweekly. In addition to competitive compensation, employees have access to health insurance and other benefits. We also provide opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company. General Requirements Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and club members.
