Position Overview:

Server Assistant plays a key supporting role in delivering a refined yet approachable dining experience. This position is responsible for assisting servers in maintaining seamless service flow, ensuring tables are properly set, cleared, and reset, and supporting overall dining room operations with efficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Assist servers in delivering prompt and attentive service to guests Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain dining room flow Refill water, beverages, and condiments as needed Run food from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations Stock and replenish supplies such as napkins, silverware, glassware, and condiments Assist with opening and closing side work duties Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to support smooth operations Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Support team members during busy periods to ensure excellent guest service

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience preferred Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail Teamoriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly Basic understanding of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation practices Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to 2550 lbs.) for extended periods Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Commitment to providing excellent guest service and supporting the team Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) _______________________________________________

Position Overview:

Barback plays a vital support role in delivering a smooth and elevated bar experience within a upscale casual environment. Working behind the scenes and on the floor, the Barback helps maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area while upholding high standards of presentation and hospitality. This role requires a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of both bartenders and guests in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment Teamoriented attitude with a willingness to support bartenders and staff Ability to multitask and stay organized during highvolume service Good communication skills and ability to follow direction Basic knowledge of bar operations, glassware, and common beverages is a plus Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items (kegs, ice, cases up to 50+ lbs.) for extended periods Attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards Responsible and dependable with strong time management skills Must meet minimum age requirements to work behind the bar (per state law)

Qualifications:

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a busy environment Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively Previous barback experience in casual or fine dining is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for an upscale lounge Ability to lift 3050 lbs. and stand for extended periods Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
