Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take accurate food and drink orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient order processing. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining excellent customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and processing payments securely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions as needed, providing attentive service throughout the event duration. Demonstrate strong time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of alcohol laws; certification may be required depending on location.
