Job Description
Job Summary Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as bar snack foods efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Use POS systems to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions with precision. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to promote sales and ensure an enjoyable experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations Manage multiple responsibilities including serving, cashiering, and food safety adherence during busy shifts. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; restock as needed to ensure seamless service. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender but will consider training of the right individual. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order entry Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Must be able to pass a background screen.
