Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly, offering a personalized experience at our beachfront bar. Display expertise in our extensive range of beers, wines, and island-inspired cocktails. Efficiently take and execute drink and food orders, prioritizing guest satisfaction. Engage guests with stories behind signature drinks and gourmet offerings. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and a friendly demeanor. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Bar Management Manage bar operations with skill, including effective opening and closing routines. Uphold top standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area. Carefully manage inventory and bar equipment, enhancing the bar's welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Minimum age requirement of 18 years. Previous bartending experience in a reputable establishment. Strong communication skills in English and knowledge of food and beverage service.
