We specialize in the art of Jukusei (dry-aged fish) and the precision of Bincho-tan (white charcoal) grilling. We are looking for a charismatic, professional Bartender to lead our beverage program and provide an intimate, storytelling-driven experience for our guests. ​What You Will Do ​

Craft Beverage Program:

Design and execute a sophisticated cocktail menu that complements our seasonal Omakase flavors. ​

Expert Pairing:

Provide expert recommendations on Japanese Whisky, Sake, and curated Wines to enhance the guest's dining journey. ​

Guest Engagement:

Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with guests at the bar through storytelling about our spirits and the KoBu philosophy. ​

Inventory & Quality Control:

Manage bar inventory, ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, and maintain the aesthetic integrity of the bar area. ​ ​

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of craft cocktail or fine dining bartending experience. ​

Knowledge:

Deep understanding of Japanese spirits, Sake, and wine pairing is highly preferred. ​

Precision:

Attention to detail in garnishing, glassware, and service etiquette. ​

Stability:

A proven track record of reliability and professional growth in previous roles.

Pay:

$21.45 - $25.83 per hour
