We are not a traditional bar. Our bartenders are expected to operate with speed, precision, accountability, and a relentless focus on the guest experience. The Role We are looking for experienced, high-performance bartenders who thrive under pressure and take pride in running a clean, efficient, and guest-focused bar. This role is not just about making drinks — it's about owning the bar, controlling the flow, and delivering a seamless experience for every guest. What We're Looking For You'll succeed here if you: Move with urgency and efficiency at all times Can handle high-volume service without losing composure Take full ownership of your bar — including speed, accuracy, and cleanliness Are extremely disciplined about payment handling and closing tabs Jump in to support the floor and your teammates without hesitation Take pride in being part of a tight, high-performing team Hold yourself and others to a high standard Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and beverages with speed and consistency Deliver an engaging and professional guest experience at the bar Maintain strict control of tabs — all orders must be properly paid or secured before service Manage multiple tickets and guests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times Execute opening, shift, and closing duties with attention to detail Assist with running food, supporting servers, and maintaining overall flow of service Follow all company standards, procedures, and alcohol service guidelines Bar Standards & Accountability This is a high-accountability role: Failure to properly secure payment or manage tabs is taken seriously Attention to detail and consistency are non-negotiable Cleanliness, organization, and readiness are expected at all times What This Job Is (And Isn't)
