We care deeply about consistency, craft, and creating a space people want to return to daily. The Role We're looking for a Manager with a background in coffee/food/natural wine to stabilize and grow our current program as we prepare to open our second location in downtown Jacksonville. Our current location is in Saint Augustine, and we will plan to have cross-coordination, so some occasional visits/training in Saint Augustine should be expected. We will be launching a coffee cart in downtown JAX prior to opening and are looking for the new Manager to have involvement in running that to get the momentum started. What You'll Do Manage & oversee staff, ensure quality espresso/drinks, inventory, and customer experience. You will be the eyes and ears that ensure the new branch of the business is healthy and running at the standard we set out to achieve. What We're Looking For Someone with a deep interest in specialty coffee, expertise in steaming milk and dialing espresso, strong leadership qualities, team building, and a hospitality background. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Ability to work independently and stay on task. Takes pride in cleanliness and organization. Reliable and steady. Full time required. Early morning availability.
