Lead Bartender & Mixologist The Parisian—Jupiter, Florida The Parisian restaurant is seeking a talented, highly qualified Lead Bartender & Mixologist to join its team led by Paris native and Restaurateur Tarzi Cenador, who has been driving the success of the award-winning establishment for over 10 years, which was most recently named "Best French Restaurant 2026" by Jupiter Magazine. The Lead Bartender & Mixologist will be an integral member of the team, in which they will be responsible for executing and maintaining all bar operations, driving revenue at the restaurant through quality and consistency of the bar program, as well as managing the overall financial performance, COGS and profitability of the bar operations. Additionally, they will serve as the lead team member during service at the bar, and will be expected to execute certain duties and responsibilities related to general day-to-day operations of the bar outside of their core duties, along with assuring that the bar operations support the conceptual vision for The Parisian brand. The Lead Bartender & Mixologist will serve as the supervisory team member responsible for all day-to-day bar operations, as well as supervising the bar team. They will work closely with the restaurant's owner, in relation to all aspects of the bar, the beverage program concept and the overall goals of The Parisian. Lastly, the Lead Bartender & Mixologist will act as a role model for The Parisian, and will provide daily support, guidance, motivation and leadership to the bar team. The objective will be to promote a positive work environment that encourages consistency and accountability, and attracts and retains a diverse talent pool that will continue to keep the restaurant relevant and strengthen the brand as a whole. Job functions include but are not limited to ensuring successful implementation of system-wide operational protocols as it relates to the bar program, such as ongoing operational protocols and service, training programs, COGS, service flow, batching and bar prep, beverage procurement procedures, inventory management, scheduling and staffing for the bar. The Lead Bartender & Mixologist is expected to have the following attributes: Minimum 2 years of experience bartending in a lead role at an upscale level of service. Highly educated in the fields of wine, cocktails, spirits, & beer, as well as food and beverage pairing. Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to create new and exciting cocktails. Proven track record in working as part of a high-performing team. Able to stand & work on their feet for long periods of time. Able to safely lift 25 lbs. repeatedly. Compensation & Benefits Bartenders will receive hourly pay of $18.00 plus gratuities. You will receive dining benefits and discounts on food. Pay:
$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
