Bartender Job Requirements:

Previous bartending experience preferred. Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. Customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

Provide exceptional beverage service by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while delivering outstanding guest service, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and alcohol service regulations. Essential Responsibilities, Prepare and serve beverages according to standardized recipes. Ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and portion control. Maintain knowledge of all menu beverages and daily specials. Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Recommend beverages based on guest preferences. Verify legal drinking age before serving alcohol. Handle guest concerns professionally and promote responsible alcohol service. Process beverage orders accurately through the POS system before preparation. Maintain inventory levels and report shortages. Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Operate and maintain bar equipment safely.

Job salary:

$12.00 plus tips per hour
