Saturday - Sunday 10am - 6pm plus weekdays https://www.formosawinery.com/ Our Server and Bartender acts as the in-store wine and beer expert, able to readily assist customers to determine needs and make recommendations. The Server and Bartender develops a strong customer base and build relationships to maximize repeat visits; as well as fosters a collaborative work environment, ensuring a positive internal and external customer experience. In addition, the right person provides sales leadership and product knowledge inspiration to the team. Must be 21 years old. This position works both on the floor as a server and behind the bar as a bartender.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Required to be State of Florida TIPS certified for food and alcohol.
• Guide guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages, and ingredients, including food allergies.
• Responsible for wine and beer tasting (set up, clean up, incl. glassware).
• Demonstrates exceptional guest service and selling skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a team.
• Maintains open and flexible availability, including peak traffic hours Specifically able to work; evenings, weekends and periods leading up to major retail holidays.
• Complies and enforces all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security. Lift, load and carry a maximum of 40 pounds.
• Willing to learn about the total winery experience including beers, wine, events, and food.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, store or other credit cards and gift cards through POS system. Maintain a clean and organized work area, dining room, and bar during the shift.
• Perform required stocking and product inventory.
• Performs any other tasks as requested by Management.
• Adheres to the Company philosophy of cross training and may be required to work in other departments when needed.
• Upholds the Company commitment to hospitality.
