$10.98 per hour + gratuities Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club, part of the Heritage Golf Group portfolio, is seeking an outgoing, dependable, and hospitality-focused Server/Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team at our West location. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and takes pride in providing friendly, attentive service. This position will support both serving and bartending functions and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with members and guests while being part of a collaborative club team. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to members and guests. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with club standards. Become knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, cocktails, beer, and wine offerings. Ensure tables, bar areas, and service stations remain clean, organized, and properly stocked. Process guest checks and payments accurately. Monitor member and guest needs throughout their dining experience and respond promptly to requests. Follow all applicable alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and club policies. Assist with setup and breakdown for regular dining service, member events, and special functions as needed. Work collaboratively with culinary and Food & Beverage team members to provide an exceptional club experience. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Must be dependable and able to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry items associated with restaurant and bar service. Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
