As a vital support to our bartenders and service staff, you will ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and ready to serve. This role offers a fast-paced, lively environment perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality and food service in a nightclub or restaurant setting. Duties Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and organizing supplies Restock bar inventory such as bottles, garnishes, utensils, and glassware to ensure seamless service Support bartenders by bussing tables and clearing empty glasses or dishes promptly Ensure proper food handling and safety standards are followed during all tasks Assist with setup and breakdown of events such as banquets or catering functions in a timely manner Experience Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Experience working in nightclubs, restaurants, hotels, or banquet settings is advantageous Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures is essential Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Prior bartending or barback experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn on the job is essential Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Must have SERV Safe Certificate or complete the provided company course training Must pass pre-employment background check Caliente is a Clothing-Optional Resort and Residential Community.
