Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Bar Back at Marmaduke's Lodge in Leesburg, FL. The Bar Back will be responsible for supporting the bartenders and ensuring smooth operations of the bar. The day-to-day tasks include restocking supplies, cleaning glasses and utensils, preparing garnishes, Running Food, and assisting with inventory management. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in the Food & Beverage industry Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Training in bar operations and safety protocols Excellent organizational skills Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
