Hourly/Non-Exempt Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service while maintaining a positive guest experience
- Process guest orders and payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and supplies
- Follow all responsible alcohol service, health, safety, and sanitation standards Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
- Preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred restaurant experience Skills and Abilities
- Must have ability to take directions and effectively perform the work.
- Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money.
- Must have basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures.
- Must have a pleasant personality and a neat appearance.
- Must be able to stand for the duration of shift.
- Must be able to carry and lift, according to industry standards.
- Positive, customer service-oriented attitude at all times.
- Strong knowledge of sanitary practices.
- Work ethics encourage strong urgency and quality in a team environment.
