Manage beverage inventory levels on the cart or bar area, restocking supplies as needed to ensure seamless service throughout shifts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart or bar station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Handle all aspects of food safety regulations, ensuring proper food handling and hygiene practices are followed consistently. Skills Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including cocktail mixing, wine selection, spirits expertise, and craft beer brewing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks in a lively environment. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods without compromising quality or safety standards. Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and sanitation practices within hospitality settings. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
