This role is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service across our pool and beach operations, maintaining speed, quality, and consistency in a high-volume environment. A successful Bartender is confident, efficient, and guest-focused, with the ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining a strong presence and elevated service standards. Duties… Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume service periods Provide a high level of guest engagement and hospitality at all times Ensure bar setup is fully stocked, organized, and ready for service Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and safety standards Process orders accurately through POS system and handle payments as needed Collaborate with service staff to ensure efficient and seamless operations Required Skills / Qualifications… 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation Professional, polished, and team-oriented Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements… Ability to stand and work for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Why Work With Us… We are a high-energy, design-forward beachfront property with a strong focus on Food & Beverage and guest experience.
