Full-Time About the Role Brooklyn Chop House is seeking skilled and energetic Bartenders to join our team. This role requires strong mixology skills, exceptional guest interaction, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining and lounge environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages Provide personalized recommendations and upsell signature drinks Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and stock levels Ensure proper cash-handling and POS transactions Work closely with service staff to ensure smooth bar operations Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Qualifications Previous bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume venue required Strong cocktail, spirits, and wine knowledge Excellent communication and customer-service skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Positive attitude, professional presentation, and teamwork mindset Open availability — nights, weekends, and holidays required
