Key Responsibilities Welcome to the core of what being a Bartender is all about! Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day: Operates POS cash register, two and six wheel carts, juice, soda, and liquor guns, cutting board, espresso machine, ice machines, shot glasses, mixers, pourers, blenders, soda/wine/juice hook-ups, and knives Polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the outlet Exhibits and executes a complete knowledge of the venue's sequence of service and selling technique Communicates and works with all support team members to ensure bar is properly stocked and prepared for operations Prepare, mix, and serve drinks and beverages correctly to customers directly or through servers, while ensuring bar seated guests have a good experience Requirements Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role: The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves): Knowledge of spirits, wines, and beer as well as all other products offered Basic computer abilities and experience working with a POS system Must be fluent in English language, both written and oral Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves): Speaks more than one language Has taken a Food/Alcohol Handler's course We've kept it short and sweet - just the essentials you'll need.
