Join our team at Splash RV Resort! We are hiring an experienced part time Bartender for our Tiki Bar and Biergarten. Pay is $12.00 per hour plus tips. Hours vary based on resort activity and events, and weekend availability is preferred.

Overview:

Provide guests with an excellent drinking experience. The Bartender serves as a central role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for guests.

Job Duties:

Work directly with the Food and Beverage Manager daily. Prepare alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks. Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. Check identification and confirm guests meet the legal drinking age. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Ensure a consistent guest experience that focuses on guest satisfaction. Follow daily opening and closing procedures closely. Follow all guidelines for alcohol safety. Ensure the bar is stocked for the shift during preparation time. Stay familiar with all current specials and promotions in the resort.

Experience/Education/Skills:

Proven working experience as a Bartender is required. Please include a resume with your application. Ability to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guests' expectations. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Computer literacy. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean. Relevant training certificate is a plus. Knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Schedule:
