Job Summary We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable bartender to join our team at Kavana Kava Miramar. We're a social, high-energy kava bar focused on great drinks, good vibes, and creating a welcoming experience for our customers. Responsibilities Prepare and serve kava, kratom, botanical drinks, and other menu items according to our recipes and standards. Provide friendly and attentive customer service. Educate customers about our menu and help them choose drinks. Handle POS transactions, cash, and customer tabs accurately. Keep the bar, equipment, tables, and work areas clean and organized. Restock products, cups, ingredients, and supplies throughout the shift. Help create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for regulars and new customers. Assist with events, game nights, tournaments, and other activities. Follow all company procedures, sanitation standards, and applicable regulations. Complete opening and closing duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual. Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers. Able to work in a fast-paced, social environment. Strong customer-service and communication skills. Responsible with cash and POS systems. Able to work nights, weekends, and/or late-night shifts. Bartending or customer-service experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. Experience with kava or botanical beverages is a plus but not required. We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, takes responsibility seriously, and wants to become part of the Kavana community.

Pay:

From $11.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
