Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations. Maintain an organized bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and equipment. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in banquet services or special events as required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Requirements Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating drink recipes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus for craft beer offerings. Must possess valid food handling certification or be willing to obtain one upon hiring. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
