Adore Cucina & Bar is a newly renovated Italian bar and restaurant preparing for its grand opening !! Our concept blends classic Italian hospitality with a modern, luxury atmosphere, featuring elevated cocktails, quality wines, and an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for a professional bartender who can create modern upscale cocktails while also confidently executing classic and basic drinks in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve modern craft cocktails, classic cocktails, wine, beer, and basic mixed drinks. Deliver consistent quality, presentation, garnish and speed. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations. Plan and present bar menu. Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Requirements Previous bartending experience required (upscale or high-volume preferred) Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits Excellent multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure Clean, professional appearance and strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
