Full-Time Hourly Position Shift:

Requirements:

What You'll Do Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer according to established recipes and portion standards. Set up, stock, clean, and maintain the bar throughout service. Use the POS system to accurately charge member accounts. Follow responsible alcohol service, sanitation, and safety guidelines. Assist with beverage service for special events, golf tournaments, pool service, and other Club functions. Complete opening and closing duties, including restocking and bar cleanup. Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to provide a consistent and welcoming member experience.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of bartending experience in a private club, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment. Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and current beverage trends. Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must have or be able to obtain TIPS certification. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak-season events. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
