Bartender / server

We are seeking an experienced bartender and a server to join our team at Blue Highway a pizzeria. We are located in the upscale neighborhood, Town of Tioga. Many of our guests are regulars and often, they know each other. We are a high volume restaurant with no late nights. We are looking for a bartender that honors the craft of making cocktails. We do all of our own juicing and make most syrups. Servers must have a passion for food and hospitality. We are all one team. We have a supportive work environment and avoid drama as much as possible. We do not do FOH/HOH conflict. We are a purpose and values driven company. We hire and fire based on these attributes.

Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Prep fruit, juices, syrups and sangria. Requirements Previous experience as a bartender. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service. Excellent hospitality skills with a passion for service. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Has a knowledge of classic cocktails.
