We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and versatile Bartender to join our team and help create a welcoming, energetic bar experience. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys both crafting drinks and taking care of guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, coffee, espresso, and other beverages for the entire restaurant. Manage the bar's approximately 10-12 guest seats, providing attentive and friendly service. Take orders, serve beverages, and ensure bar guests have an excellent dining experience. Coordinate with servers, who will deliver food to your bar guests, allowing you to focus on beverage preparation and bar service. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and daily bar operations. Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services. Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and responsible serving procedures. What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience preferred. Strong cocktail-making skills and knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. Coffee and espresso preparation experience is a plus. Friendly, professional, and guest-focused personality. Ability to multitask and work as part of a team. Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant. Availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Compensation & Schedule Starting pay is $13 per hour , with the possibility of a higher hourly rate depending on experience, skills, and motivation. The bartender will also receive tips from guests served at the bar, in accordance with the restaurant's tip policy. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
