OcalaBets is a brand new cardroom opening in beautiful Ocala, Florida at the end of summer 2023. Our fully remodeled facility is located on the Ocala Breeders' Sales Company complex. The cardroom will include 35 card tables featuring traditional poker and Vegas-style card games including Ultimate Texas Hold'em, Three Card Poker, and DJ Wild. Full bar service with a fast casual menu will be available as well as simulcast wagering on horse racing throughout the country shown on over 100 televisions. Job Description:

We are currently looking for skilled Bartenders to join our team at OcalaBets. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing excellent drink service to ensure guest satisfaction, creating unique beverages, managing the bar area, and providing a great customer experience. They will also be knowledgeable about our menu and services while adhering to food safety and alcohol serving regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for patrons Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks Assess customer needs and preferences and make recommendations Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, and bar equipment Ensure responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying management of concerns Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent Previous bartending experience preferred. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean ServSafe certificate is preferred, but not required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions:

The role requires prolonged standing and heavy lifting may be required. The ability to function in a high-pressure environment is essential.
