Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience at our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring timely service and presentation of beverages. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Skills Proven experience in bartending or food service within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, brewing techniques, and cocktail preparation. Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. A team player who is willing to help colleagues during busy shifts or special events.
