Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly with enthusiasm and professionalism Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handle cash safely, and issue receipts Develop creative beverage recipes and suggest pairings to enhance guest experience while promoting sales opportunities Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food and beverages at all times Collaborate with team members to manage busy service periods efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer brewing processes, and beverage recipe development Skilled in POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods using strong organizational skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Previous bar management or bartending experience preferred; familiarity with catering or event service is a plus Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and cash transactions Experience working in hospitality environments that require multitasking across serving, bartending, and bar management roles Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable moments through exceptional service.
