$13-$15 per hour plus tips to start. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar team while working closely under the direction of the General Manager . Responsibilities include overseeing daily bar operations, creating signature cocktails, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for beverages, and a commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a welcoming, energetic atmosphere. Develop and maintain cocktail recipes, wine selections, and craft beer offerings to support the beverage program. Manage daily bar operations, including ordering, and cleanliness. Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS. Train and mentor bartenders on beverage preparation, POS procedures, cash handling, and guest service. Identify upselling opportunities, and use guest feedback to improve service and maximize revenue. Ensure the bar team follows all health, sanitation, food handling, and alcohol service regulations. Experience Extensive bartending experience in hospitality settings with a strong background in mixology and beverage creation Proven leadership skills with previous assistant bar management roles Proficiency in POS systems including Toast, familiarity with cash handling Knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, brewing processes, and cocktail recipes Experience with food service operations such as banquet service or catering is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and enthusiastically Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills Join us as a Head Bartender where your expertise will inspire your team to deliver exceptional experiences.
