THE ROLE
As a Barback, you are the backbone of the bar. You keep the bartenders stocked, the stations clean, and service moving so every guest gets a prompt, seamless experience. You're observant, efficient, and always a step ahead - anticipating what the bar needs before it's asked. This position and a genuine stepping stone for anyone with aspirations of becoming a Bartender, with real room to grow your skills and your career with us.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking garnishes, straws, and napkins and keeping bartenders supplied with clean towels and glassware Keep the bar wellstocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer throughout the shift Check taps and appliances to confirm they're working properly, making minor fixes or changing kegs as needed Keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, clearing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash Prepare garnishes and support drink service to bartender standards Engage guests warmly ensure they have water, proper setups, and anything else they need Maintain records of usage and report stock levels to support reordering, and store deliveries properly Take on additional duties to support the bartenders and keep the bar running smoothly
