In this role, you'll be the face of our bar area, mixing drinks, serving beverages, and ensuring everyone has a great time. Your enthusiasm will help keep our bar buzzing and our guests coming back. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Take orders from guests accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly manner, answering questions about drinks or menu items, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly while ensuring accurate billing and payment processing. Restock bar supplies regularly to keep the bar well-stocked during busy hours. Support the team during special events like banquets or catering functions to deliver seamless service. Qualifications Previous experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with an approachable attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate billing. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
