Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take accurate orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient service. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately through POS and cash handling procedures while managing food safety and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and dining space, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy periods like nightclubs or banquet events. Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables or bar patrons simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude. Assist with catering events, banquets, or special functions by serving food and beverages professionally in high-volume settings. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or server in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during high-pressure situations using effective time management techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order calculations. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations.
